Ha...excellent, so it's them...remember the young lady who started making spoof announcements on LUL▸ ...and was sacked for her irreverence. Would rather hear a sexy Lady than a synth voice. In York, a while back, we were blessed with a cracking North American Lady announcer (mmm, must have been GNER▸ days, come to think of it)...marvellously we got "Edinborrow"...but what the hell, at 7.15am she sounded so sexy. OK I'll get my coat!  |

Just get yourself to New Street then Btline...... just don't overdose!
BTW▸ , I've got a Train Sim called BVE and one of the routes is a fictional West Midlands line, loosely modelled around New Street and even this has Phil Sayer announcements!

I've got it. (on my PC, which i hardly ever use) The ANNOYING thing is that it takes half an hour to get there from Redditch. I am literally dying of Phil Sayer Withdrawal syndrome... He used to be on SWT▸ Desiros.

Do you have posters of him plastered all over your bedroom wall? That wouldn't help - it's the voice that does it for me. But I DO have an mp3 which i ripped off YouTube (the 2002 Southern service to Portsmouth Harbour and Bognor Regis). Oh dear, I really shouldn't admit this....  |
