  WARNING  Grin If you are lucky enough to be travelling to Cornwall for Easter,  and travelling on Maundy Thursday 1st April then strongly advise booking seat reservations etc. NOW espically if you are travelling PM/evening as some trains are already fully booked eg. 1803 and this year demand on Thurs. expected to be very high as most schools break up late for Easter on this day !

I agree with this.  This is the busiest day of the YEAR for leisure passengers.

Busier than 27 December?  On 27 December 2007 on a Penzance to Paddington train it was full and standing by Plymouth and the train manager was actually asking anyone for stations to Taunton and Bristol to get off at Plymouth and get on the Voyager.

Not sure about Thursday but the following are running on BH Monday, shame I wont be enduring the chaos, instead being treated to double pay  Smiley...

 Sad Update - Expect Easter Monday HST▸ (High Speed Train) services from Cornwall/Devon to be even busier now with threat of Network Rail signal staff going on strike the next day, book your seat reservations now to avoid standing for 3-5 hour journey !! Shocked
