I recently went through this junction in the passenger seat and even though I've only seen it once what a stupid junction this is.  The actual junction 15 M4/M5 interchange is fine as a 4 level stack but as you approach the junction from the south you have 2 lanes that leave the M5 but then traffic from the A38 at junction 16 has to cross into the right hand lane that then rejoins the M5 with the left hand lane leading to the M4.

i worked at swindon depot for 5 weeks and twice at rush hour i ended up missing that one and had to go upto falfield (14) and back down to get on the m4.... funny thing is a lorry that was 5 or so cars in front of me when i missed 15 flashed me onto the m4 on my return a good 15 mins later so anoying as it seems it isnt that bad lol
