14:51 Great Malvern to Weymouth due 19:13

This train was to be formed of 2 coaches instead of 3. Now won't be formed of anything after Bristol Temple Meads.

UPDATE from FGW (First Great Western) Website.

This train has been terminated at Bristol Temple Meads.

This is due to safety checks having been made earlier.

I suspect you are correct, both daytime loco hauled diagrams were today formed of a 150/2, so FGW (First Great Western) is 4 carriages down on usual.

This train works the 20:21 back to Bristol Temple Meads arriving 22:44. This train waits at Jersey Sidings until the train from Gloucester arrives at Weymouth at 20:08 on platform 1. The 20:21 then pulls into platform 1 behind the train from Gloucester. The 20:21 Weymouth to Bristol Temple Meads on Monday - Saturday is normally worked by a 2 or 3 coach class 158. On a Sunday the service starts at Weston super Mare at 17:07 and arrives Weymouth at 20:01 and departs 20:09 to BTM (Bristol Temple Meads (strictly, it should be BRI)) so it is not a nice train at all. It is normally a class 150 ex Silverlink or a refurbished FGW (First Great Western) class 150.

It is funny as all the passengers on the platform all think the train that comes from Gloucester (class 150) is their train and start to board and the guard has to tell them to get on the train behind.
