What makes you come to that conclusion?

Crossrail's own website assumes that there will be 1tph in the peaks through from Bourne End to Paddington and 1pth in the peaks through from Henley on Thames to Paddington.

The branches will be electrified (except Greenford), so the days of the Turbos serving them will be over in a few years time.
This is in Crossrail's list of "other operators'" services, and reflects the "residual GW» (Great Western - used as an abbreviation for the area / lines under the Great Western franchise, as opposed to FGW which includes "First", the company operating them too. For tickets - about)" service. As such it is the same as now, in the narrow sense that 1 tph▸ (trains per hour) during a 2-hour peak and only in the peak direction is 2 a day each way.

It was the proposal in the London & South East RUS▸ (Route Utilisation Strategy), to replace this residual service by Crossrail extended to Reading, that led to the suggestion of suppressing these through services.

That isn't correct though?  The key suggests to me the green lines are the lines Crossrail will use; but they are not the only lines.
